I first discovered Nia® in 2010 and from my first class I was hooked. The following video illustrates the beauty, diversity and fun that is Nia®.
Nia Technique is a unique movement practice that blends dance, martial arts and mindfulness. Nia® is more than just a workout, it is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind and soul. Nia® promotes whole body fitness and classes focus on improving flexibility, agility, mobility, strength & stability of joints and muscles to condition the whole body. Nia® is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

As an Ageless Grace® educator my desire is to promote brain and body health. This program uses everyday organic body movements whilst seated and listening to great music.
